Im looking to change the fork on the ebike, either a pike ultimate or a lyrik ultimate, they are identically priced.
The rake according to the serial number is 51mm, both of which are available at that so not a prob.
The thing has me worried is the OD measurement.
According to the info on the headset -
(Acros Blocklock / Tapered 1.5"-1 1/8"
OD 52/62mm / ID 44/56mm)
So crown area is OD62 that correct ?
Pike says crown OD 58mm
Lyrik says crown OD 59mm
But what exactly does this refer to , and does the fork crown need to be less than the H/S OD or does it not really matter and it only means whether it sticks out a bit.

Don't worry, they're all 1.5" tapered steerers. They'll all fit.
There's only one other current type of steerer, 1.8" used on about 2 ebikes.
Unless you mean something to do with the actual crown of the fork but I'm not sure what that has to do with the headset diameter?
Ok, I think you're getting confused - the pike/lyric crown OD is the actual crown size, nothing to do with the steerer tube size (although related), ie the bit below the head tube.
The ZEB for eg has a 63mm crown.
Don't worry about any of that, as above they'll all fit so long as you get a 1.5" tapered fork and use the crown race from your current fork.
Oh and headset OD is the bit that interfaces with the inside of the headtube. ID is what matters, and that's a standard 44/56mm like every other headset for a 1.5" tapered fork.
Yeah yeah i understand steerer sizes, its nothing to do with that i know. I just wondered why it was a relevant dimension to add.
But im guessing the it just means that the crown wont extend out beyond the headtube. Obviously on your Zeb Paul, if it were fitted to my frame, there would be a lip of 1/2mm. So it doesnt really mean anything, and therefore nowt to worry about.
