You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I've found myself in Crickhowell for a day (Sunday) the weather is looking ok(ish) and I've been given a few hours off.
A quick google and search on STW finds a few routes that actually start from Crickhowell!
However, I'm no map reader and only have an iPhone. Can anyone give me any advice for an easy to follow off road route?
Looking for upto 3 hours worth of riding.
Still in the process of searching tinterweb for suitable rides, but I was hoping this might speed it up.
Cheers,

I also find myself in Crickhowell next week so am an interested party too!
worth taking a mountain bike with me or a road bike?

Just in-case it's not too late for a bit of advice.
I downloaded the ViewRanger app (iPhone) and tried the Blue route that was available.
My lad was with me so the 9 mile was enough.
It was a good route, 50/50 of back lanes and off road stuff, skirting Table top mountain.
There's a Red route available that looks like it's more off road, but that'll have to wait till next time.
I'd do the Blue one again as some of it was good fun and the back lanes were empty of traffic (Sunday lunchtime).

If you bring the MTB you could tag along with us on Wednesday or Thursday evening. We will surely be doing something in the area
EDIT: Probably Thursday looking at the forecast
