I'm 75kg and will have a max load of 10kg. Will these hold up for thousands of km?

That largely depends on the terrain you will be touring on and how hard you will be riding.
Off road touring on big rocky terrain, flat out - no
Smooth roads - should be fine.

Surprised by my Superstar built Crests: Flat out, alpine rocky mountain biking and still completely round. But I only do small jumps and drops, which is probably why I get away with it.
I think, if built well, they are tougher than you imagine.
