So road bike has started creaking. Think I have narrowed it down to post / frame / saddle, creaks under power when seated. What should I use? Does carbon paste sort creaks?

How about if I ask will the carbon definitely split and the shards stab me through the heart?

I've heard that hair spray will do the trick also.
Presume its not the saddle rails creaking in the seatpost and that they're greased?
