Is it me or are others noticing stock issues with Wiggle and CRC?  I have started ordering more stuff from Germany just because I can't seem to find half the stuff from UK shops.

CRC used to be my go to place for everything.

Been using rose bikes for spokes for years, despite the postage they are still way cheaper than crc. To be honest I recon I spend more now with german shops than wiggle/crc. Still quite like merlin though.

For the first time in many a year I'm no longer a wiggle platinum customer, which must say something since I've spent tons on bike stuff in the last year.

aye noticed too. ordered a few things last week, only got 3 out of 5 items(after having to email asking where the hell they were). Went today to look for some other stuff, out of stock.

Bought elsewhere. They seem to have gone to shit tbh.

I agree, I have regularly bought from Germany due to lack of UK stock.

I've noticed this too.

On using CRC, checking the 'in stock' box before looking at anything is now mandatory.

CRC still seem to have what I'm after although prices seem to be on par with others rather than being much cheaper.

The delivery is my main gripe.

I've always found CRC bad, I wonder if that part of the business model has been passed on to Wiggle?

Interesting to see Bike24 as part of the Wiggle/CRC empire...

bikediscount.de are also good.

Seem to be out of stock of so much these days. CRC / Wiggle stock levels seem to say to me they are reducing inventory possibly to make themselves more attractive to a buyer.

Bought some rims from Starbike recently. Good service and cheap.

Mantel in the Netherlands are quite good a quick as well.  Also Evans seems to have lot's more in stock, and are no longer as expensive as they used to be (advantage with Evans is if you pass a shop regularly you can have your order delivered there and collect it - Use this a lot as their is one between Kings Cross and St Pancras station)

They do have an awful lot less of what they used to have don't they.  Especially tyres.

Made the decision about 2 years ago to use the LBS for everything I could when CRC's prices started rising close to RRP for a lot of stuff.  I'll only use online if it was something the LBS couldn't get or it would be awkward for them.  My go-to online places now are Evans (for click and collect) or from the manufacturer via Amazon and their lockers.
