Ordered a top, but it was too small, so I sent it back with a returns form to get it exchanged for a larger size.

I know its arrived as I have checked for POD on the Royal Mail site - what are peoples experiences on sorting out an exchange?

Always been pretty quick for me, they ship them next day.

Generally faster just to order a new one and return the original for a refund though.

PITA for warrenty claims, I will never use them again (and will come on here at every oppertunity to encourage others to avoid them too)
No experience of just swapping an item though.

Always been good for me, the one warranty claim I had to make was turned around in days, returns seem a wee bit variable- refunds in between a day and a week.

Ok, a few little niggles but the final straw for me was a new BB I ordered, silly expensive Ti Truvative one, and an appropriate tool (as I had made perfectly clear to them, this tool was for the BB I had ordered) Of course they sent me the wrong tool but I had a race a couple of days later so had to install the BB using a slightly unorthodox method, which worked perfectly well.
The bearings in it died after 25hrs of riding so I sent it back. They would not warrenty it due to 'incorrect installation'
1) Your fault silly bu**ers, you sent me the wrong tool!
2) Although it wasn't installed in the recomended way it was done perfectly well and that shouldn't affect the bearings
3) Their general attitude about the whole thing, really unhelpful. No excuse for that and that is what really pi$$ed me off, not just one member of staff but a few and even the manager I was dealing with. I had been a really good customer up until that point but have never bought anything from them since. They never did resolve the issue. Wiggle have been excellent.

CRC've fouled up a couple of times when the picker has prob typed in the wrong stock number and there have been many times when I ordered three of something and sent two back but it's always been sorted in a working week.

I called CRC as I'd not heard anything (Wednesday) - they weren't able to say why it hadn't been sorted, but as I had POD to say it had arrived, they said they would send out what I wanted - and it arrived today (Thursday)! Sorted!

This is what I've done, way easier.
