Rockshox Reverb seatpost bought from them late December just collapsed and wont stay up . emailed their warranty dept on tues recieved an automated reply to say they will be intouch but nothing yet .

I emailed them on 26 Apr (after they'd closed) and got a reply on 29 Apr.

I've had problems recently too, though to be honest I've had a few problems with them over the years. Still I keep going back...
I fear that they have become victims of their increased size.
