Mavic XA Elite wheelset, bought 18 MTHS ago,rear axel snapped
Sent back to CRC , who said they were contacting Mavic,
After a couple of weeks they said no reply from Mavic
I contacted Mavic instant reply & they sent out a replacement axel straight away.
Told CRC , they said great they'll post it back.....
Been 2 mths now,after a load of hassling they've admitted they've lost it & offered me £100 voucher
I shouldnt complain , wheels were £210 , RRP was £500.
But they were blue & matched frame & £100 won't come close to buying an equivalent wheel

Nope, ask for your £210 back as that's what you paid for the wheels
Bummer, I got the same wheels in that sale and love them on my trail bike.
As above, point out you need a pair and offer to return front at their cost for a full refund.
Still not ideal, but probably the best you can expect.
I would be pushing them to replace the wheel. They have lost your property and need to make good. Letter before action if they do not respond positively to a polite request
