I've used their contact form, pressed send, and it comes up with the same form but a different security code, but no error message. The security code is really simple so no way I can have got it wrong 3 times.
It must have sent, right? I mean I'd contact them to ask but...

Form shouldn't reappear. The code is case sensitive.
...just in case you haven't been ignoring the case, and the form is borked:
