😀 Got a damaged item just arrived sent the standard email but says 72hr response but the site suggested live chat can be used if quicker response is need, so I clicked on but it just gives the option of FB or Twitter (I don't use either of these) ?
New şet of wheels which I had planned to use this week and ordered next day delivery

Live chat isn't any help. Don't send it back as damaged or warranty, that goes to a different team that take even longer to respond. Just send it back for a refund.

Ive just sent the standard email following the suggested pathway saying 'just taken delivery of wheels & one has a crack in it ?

It was a classic. You need to stay to the end for the final plot twist so you'll need to put a good 30 minutes aside for the whole thing....

😂😂 that was easily worth 30 mins. CRC got back sharpish to me - pics of damaged wheel sent hopefully quick turnaround.

All sorted. Who'd have thought that following the suggested procedure in a polite & concise manner would elicit a similar response with an apology for any inconvenience followed with a swift resolution, all without the need of a CEO 👍 😉

Very disappointed with this thread. Was expecting much more outrage and demands for CEOs. Way it's going, won't even make it to two pages.

Hold that thought. You can redeploy it if a thread like 'that one' crops up again. If you aren't sure about the best time to deploy it, there are plenty on 'that thread' (like Bez) who can tell you exactly when to deploy it for maximum effect.
