Because...I'd like to compliment their customer service!
Just taken delivery of Fazzini-junior-jnr's new bike and on inspection it is slightly damaged.(Obvious paint chips in 2 places on the top-tube and fork stanchion).
Used the web-chat initially; asked to email CS with photos and description of delivery box etc.
Response with satisfactory resolution, and alternative, within 3 minutes.

I have also found their customer service to be excellent. I guess it has to be though, to deal with the levels of incompetence and couldn't-give-a-shittery in the workshop.
