Does anyone have this pump if so advice on working it please.
Just tried to get it off valve, instead removed skin from back of thumb on disc!!!! Smashed it down in temper- any help of bin it goes!!!!!
Yep got one, works fine. Twist collar in direction of required valve to lock, other way to unlock. Rocket science it is not!
I agree, wonder if mine is duff???
I'm in the "they're shit" camp on this one...mine is languishing in the garage somewhere and that's where I intend to leave it
You have to twist the collar in different directions depending on whether you're using schrader or presta, that's the only confusion I can think of.

i am also in the :they're shit: camp... i cured mine though
i binned it and bought a topeak mountain morph
*pitches another tent in the camp*
And I also bought a reliable, robust Mountain Morph as a replacement.
Mine is a pile of shite, the collar is incerdibly tight to turn as if somethign inside is jammed. I think i managed to get it to pump up about 3 inner tubes and now its dead.
My canyon dual use (co2 and regular pump) does both valves and has a smart head design in m opinion. Its not let me down yet, only drawbacks are it only takes 12g co2 and once you pierce the top you cant leave it in as it leaks out!
My finding it very easy to use must make me a technical genius, Super.
Mine was shyte too, Design over function = bin.
Mountain Morph and Lezyne for me now.
The Power pump alloy (the big one with the dial) is great IMO.
The smaller ones are rubbish though as I've discovered.

Same here.
It's got Crank Brothers stamped on it - of course it's a pile of shite
pretty much everything they make is
its a mini-pump of course its shite
Mountain Morph +3
Erm same as others.
It's rubbish, bought a mountain morph. Couldn't even sell it on :{
I was attracted at the weight, but at the end of the day if it doesn't work....
I use a Zefal Double Shot - it's done 12 years or so and still going strong.
Yeah - pretty poor. Mine tends to fold in two every time I use it because the two parts of the air chamber are screwed together, but the plastic part with the threads on is too soft.
And it tends to bend the valve, such is the well documented pishness of the adaptor end.
Not quite sure why I'm still using it actually. Had to blow a tyre on my road bike up after a flat in the snow the other week. 85 psi - it was exactly as much fun as you can imagine.

+1 its a great pump relubed a few times.
Crank Brothers - a triumph of marketing over function/reliability.
CB mini-pump = the worst bit of bike kit I ever bought.
