So my son snapped a Cobalt 11 bar tonight, just by pulling up on the bars allegedly! Bought the bar in 2015, anyone any idea if there is any chance of a warranty claim?

My experience of crank brothers warranty would suggest they will not warranty anything...

Must be warrantied at least half a dozen pairs of pedals, they always came good.

Unlike the pedals.... 😆

Lightweight carbon XC bar huh? Which clamping area did he break it at?

Erm quite close to a brake lever. He has since "remembered" that one of his mates crashed into him earlier leaving him with his bar plugged into the grass! I liked those bars, he's not getting carbon again that's for sure.

Get an El Guapo bar from Planet X - they’re cheap / a reasonable weight / a good width.
