Hi, wonder if any of you guys and gals ever had issues with your front mech not lowering enougth to allow the chain to ride without rubbing when on a 3 by 9 set up on a Cove Hustler?

Its a 2007 frame I just got from ebay I am trying to get up for my son.

Thanks
Roy

I suspect the issue is bottom bracket spacers I run two of the thicker ones on the drive side, I then have no problems :0) I am running shimano LX hollowtech 2

Mine has always had that, it only rubs slightly when on the stand, so no rub once on the bike with normal 12mm sag.

Running sram fwiw
