I've used them may be 3 or 4 times with no issues at all.

I use senditnow, they use the postal service and collect onsite. Just sent a fatbike last week. Standard bike box up to 30kg is about £13. Insurance extra, but not outrageous by any means. Used them a lot and have found them very reliable.

Senditnow is parcel force, I sent a bike offshore on a 48 hour delivery and it was still only £13, all tracking was through the parcel force website.

The box dimensions were pretty good compared to most as well, up to 1.5 m long and up to 3m for height + length + width. Weight up to 30kg as said above.
