I need to post a bike. These days, Royal Fail doesn't do big stuff, so I'm after a recommendation for a cheap courier - speeds not that important. Any suggestions?

I recently used Interparcel for a pair of skis - just over a tenner, picked up on friday and delivered Monday, they use DHL to do the actual moving.
