You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
My partner want to spend a week next year in Country Clare in Ireland. How is the mountain biking over there? Singletracks at plenty ? A Google search didn't return a lot. Looks ok for touring but not really my things right now. Should I just pack my walking boots?
Thanks
Look up LImerick Mountain Biking Club on FB, should be some folks who can help out
Not much in the line of "official" trails, but some nice rides. The Green Road in Fanore is a nice XC-ish spin, some more enduro=y trails in Killaloe, and other stuff here and there
There is a big MTB sportive every year called the Ultimate Burren MTB Challange. They have a FB page and some of the route is on Strava

It depends where you are in Clare. If you are not that far from Limerick the Ballyhoura trail centre is easily accessible, At the Galway end of Clare you could probably make Derroura trail centre
Arran islands are worth a trip, ferry from Doolin. Great to have a bike there but not proper MTB.
There are 3 places listed on the Trailbadger site:
