You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I'm 5'9'' and intent on getting a Soul next month, but wondered what posts others are using?
I can get a carbon post for £57.00, but it's only 350mm and don't know if this will be long enough.
Also, I currently run an 18.5 FS but getting a medium Soul, so should I invest in a layback or inline post (I currently run an inline one)?
Any suggestions or experiences, greatly received!
I'm 5'9" (32" inside leg) and run a medium soul with a inline post (thomson 400mm) and 70mm stem. Find it very comfy.
Measure bb axle to the top of your seat post on the other bike, a medium soul has a 44 cm seat tube and I believe Cotic specify that the post should be inserted at least 10 cm, so your seat post lenght will need to be at least your existing measurement - 34 cm. Suspect you Might want to go for a 400 mm post. Check the seat angle of your existing bike too and decide on layback from that
