Ok, heres the conundrum
Im 6ft3 ish with a 36" inside leg, same size as Cy
Cy rides a L frame with a 70mm stem, which Ive also ridden and it feels great
However,
Ive also ridden an XL frame (for a much shorter time than the L) and that also feels great
Anyone other 6ft3-4 ers got any testimonials they would be willing to share before I part with the dosh?

I'd say it depends on what you want to do on it. If you fancy crossing some OS maps, go XL, if it's for playing in the woods and shorter rides, go L.

Im 6' 3" with 35" inside leg.

Very glad I went for an XL! - It's perfect for me, running with a 90mm stem.

I'm 6'4" with long legs and went from a large Soda to an XL Solaris. Dropped from a 90mm stem to a 70 at the same time. It fits a treat and I don't have 400mm of seatpost sticking out for a change. Either would be fine though, I am sure.

I'm struggling to find a L or XL hard tail in the classifieds at the mo.

That looks very nice alandavidpetrie79

I imagine both would be fine.

I'm 6' 2.5" and plumped for an XL.

For me I wanted the longer TT of the XL.

70mm stem, 762mm bars inline post. Same set up as my Soul but that needed a layback post on full extension.
