Morning chaps.

Look what I found while having a wander around the Cotic website: 🙂

http://www.cotic.co.uk/product/escapade

Basically a Roadrat with drops. Just what I've been after to replace my X. I placed my order last night (Duck Egg with 9mm bolt-through fork).

Abandoned forward facing disc mounts on the forks now then?

What hub does that fork need? Or is it just a case of spreading it at the dropout to insert a normal QR axle?

Hopefully Cy will be along soon to tell us all about it...

Is this built to be chunkier / stiffer than the Roadrat? How flexible is that back end?

Nice rear brake mount! Tyre clearance sounds enormous.

A bolt through axle negates the need for a forward facing disc mount.

Of course, it was all about security of the dropout before....

Rear facing dropouts means I'm out. Like to run full guards and still remove the rear wheel.

Front fork looks a nice solution.

I briefly had full guards on a rat, I just set it up with more clearance at the back- bit of a pain to remove the wheel but it went.
