Not too far from Grogley, Bishops and Hustyns woods. Only been a couple of times myself so don't know it too well but some great trails.

As above Grogley woods isn't too far, an enduro was just held there, if you look on youtube you'll see some recent videos so can see if its what you wanna ride.

Its a nice spot, parking at the bottom, fire road climb isnt too bad and all the trails roughly start from the spot.

The FC trail at Cardinham is a nice fun 10k loop with limited dull climbs if you prefer something signposted.

Bike Park Kernow is damn good fun.

Take a gravel type bike and belt round the ridiculously hilly coastal lanes and paths - the coastal path is ace to ride, although you're not strictly meant to its fine and will be a lot quieter than when we're down there in the summer.

Ride out of St Merryn, head for Porth Cothan, down the big ass hill and hang a right onto the coastal path and follow it pretty much all the way to Padstow then work you way back via Harlyn Bay et al.

Something like this
