anyone got a good quick programme?
need some good stretching excercises for my legs and back and something easier than planks for core.

Ton you tube is awash with good core / stretch & Pilates
Most cyclists benefit from a bit of work on the IT band ( from hip to thigh )
Your local physio will sell spikey balls that help too

Best thing I ever did is Qi Gong. Google 'The Eight Treasures' - take 10 minutes a day, I started using it before Tai Chi, now I do it every day.
