Looks like the "cyclist" ran a red, almost hit a pedestrian, went back to argue with him then head butted him and ride of.

The intial still pic made it look a bit like the ped had raised his hand, possibly in front of the rider's face. later, longer vid doesn't look like that. Bloke's a cock.
