I always used to use bmx chains on the SS - worked well.

I got the Superstar wide base sprocket kit to prevent damaging my freehub. Also comes with lots of different sized spacers to fine tune chain line. Up front am running an On One stainless chain ring.

Oh and I use a KMC 610 singlespeed chain.

I went with one of the kits from Charlie the Bikemonger - good value and has everything you'll need. Been loving SS ever since!

Get a chain that is the correct width. I got a SRAM PC1 1/8 chain and I kept having problems with the chain jumping especially under power. My cogs were all 3/32 width so I changed to a KMC 8 speed chain and have had no problems since.
