I have the Pro Lite Revo wheels and now need to swap from QR to bolt through. There are end caps supplied to do this but no instructions and nothing on their website. It looks like they just pop in, but then they just fall out again!
They have a rubber o-ring seal on them which sort of sits between the end cap and the inside of the hub wall, rather than going inside the hub so i'm wondering if putting them in the freezer for a bit would help.
Any ideas?

Or heating the o-ring to shrink it?
