I've an old Cro-moly Raleigh M-trax I'd like to convert to horizontal (track style) drop outs. I see Argos cycles do this but can anyone recommend me anywhere else or has anyone got a jig and so can do it for me? If I supply the drop outs and cash of course!?

any decent fabricator would be capable of doing the job. (That's how my singlespeed frame got its track ends.)
