I have a pair of King wheels I would like to use on my "gravel" bike that takes a 100 x 12mm front hub. I emailed King to ask if they did an adaptor and the answer was:
Other than buying an R45D front hub, we do not have a 100x12mm axle option. There may be a solution coming out in the future, though.
The R45 12mm axle also wont fit an ISO hub. Anyone else come across this and found a work around to enable an ISO SD hub fit a 100 x 12mm fork please?
I know there are aftermarket adapters for boost https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/MT-ZOOM-FRONT-Thru-Axle-Adapter-for-Boost-Spaced-Forks-15mm-x-100mm-to-110mm/401491413831?hash=item5d7ac0cb47:g:-2gAAOSw-uda7hE-
Don't know of there's similar for qr to 12mm but google might help, might be easier than converting the hub itself
The Halo Sleeve will do exactly what you’re wanting:

Thanks Martin, thats perfect!
(AndrewH, thanks as well, your thinking prompted me to look for some tube to use, which is exactly what the Halo tube is!).
