Anyone done this?
Had a quick look on the AC site and it seems as if it would be ok but then I've not done any hub work before...

Any advice, do you need different sized bearings or reuse what's already fitted?

TIA

AC have great documentation here

Super easy to do

Taking off the 142 axle is just undoing one nut and sliding out the axle and feehub. Sometimes the freehub can be a little stuck on the axle so don't be afraid of giving it a solid whack to loosen it. This manual has everything with taking apart a 135 rear hub and putting it all back together which can be followed to put the new 135 axle back in. Shouldn't need new bearings unless they are worn, just some grease and 2 19mm cone wrenches. Be careful not to loose the small spacers too!

Yes, easy but you do need 2x 19mm cone spanners

And I'll have your 142mm axle if you don't want it 🙂
