Anyone know if its possible to convert 2013 Shimano slx hubs from 142x12 to 135mm qr? Is it possible to use a hope conversion kit on another make of hubs?

Nope, Shimano hubs are unconvertable as far as I know. And nope, hope kits don't work on them.
