I have a Endura MT500 normal helmet, and I have a Scott Spectre downhill full face helmet.
There’s a local trail to me which really needs the full face helmet - but today it was way to hot to pedal with and just uncomfortable so I want to bridge the gap
There’s loads out there but the one I’m looking at mainly because of price if the Urge Pro la Pampa Gringo - reviews seem ok for it but it doesn’t seem to be downhill certified like the MET Parachute or Bell Super 3R.
Does anyone have any experience with the Urge or should I just get the Bell or MET? Il only really wear it every now and then as the Endura is my go to on most types of riding
Don’t bother with a convertible, I know no one that has one who ever uses it in both modes on a ride. Just get a decent lightweight FF like a Fox Proframe or Troy Lee Stage.

I have a super DH, I won't often wear it in both modes on one ride but it means I only need one helmet rather than two.
I have the met and it works pretty well . The pins on the latches can work their way out so need keeping an eye on .
I bought it for racing and winch and plummet type riding and it works fine for stuff like that .
