Hi, does anybody on here know if it's possible to convert a Shimano DH-3D32-QR dynamo hub to 12mm through axle? If it is, what conversion kit should I get? Or is it better just to buy a new hub?
Pretty sure it will be a new hub. I'm not aware of any dynamo hub that you can increase the axle diameter. There isn't much choice either - just one from SP and I think a couple from Schmidt (SON).

As above, not convertable, but as well as SP and SON, Shimano themselves have 12 and 15mm through axle dynamos now, though they have non yet in boost 110.

you could look at the flange dia/spacing for you current shim hub and their thru axle version - might be the same so you can just rebuild your wheel with the new hub.
