Hi, does any body here know if it's possible to convert a Shimano DH-3D32-QR dynamo hub from QR to 12mm through axle?

Nope.
Not officially anyway, there's always a chance it shares internals with the bolt through version but its not something thats sold as a kit (officially I dont think they're even supposed to ve servicable but you can take them appart if youre carefull with the ribbon wire).
If you're buying a new hub you could get the 12mm version and then get a generic QR addapter axle so it works on both bikes?

you can check an exploded views on the Shimano Techdocs page
Shows that axle cones are M11, and the axle itself is integral to the rotor, no way a 12mm thru-axle is going in there.
