hello,

does anyone have any experience of the apex black chlli rubber queen and baron tubeless??

i've got a baron so far, and its easy to get inflated, but the sidewalls are still leaking a week later.

any top tips for this??

also, and experience of performance and durability of the apex versus the ust versions when run tubeless??

thanks in advance!

Just debating going for the standard lack chilli baron or the UST.

Have you just a bit of juice seeping out some small holes or is it full on bubbling white jizz? How much pressure are you losing?

Also, very important to me is burping, think high speed gaps and sideways landers, how well are the beads staying on the rim?

Also, how stable is the tyre turning?

Basically, i should be running DH dual ply tyres, but don't want the weight.

it is just some wee specks of juice coming out the sidewalls. i would say im losing about 5psi ish over the course of a long ride at the moment.

so i wondered if it would eventually seal given a little more time and sloshing, or if folk had learned any tricks?

i too have the same concearns re burping etc. but i've bought the apex baron from the front already, so guess I'll find out in good time!

I have a ust rubber queen on the back, but its just developed a small split by the bead that i can't get to seal. its not very old at all, and plenty life feft otherwise. i'd heard this type of split can be a problem with ust specific tyres, would folk agree with this?? so trying to decide whether to get another ust, or an apex for the back.

cheers
