Do they only do 2.3?
I normally just use 2.1 on my bike and I'm concerned about frame clearance.
Check out the Explorer - its basically the Vertical tread pattern in a (continental style) 2.1" size
Do remember that the vertical is stupidly small for a 2.3" tyre. In fact I'd say its no where near it. Try one if you can.

Verticals are 2.3 from tread edge to tread edge not diameter of tyre edge if you know what I mean! Great all round tyre. I have the protection one's on my Inbred. Use these all year round.
