Anybody here tried to contact KASK regarding warranty issues? Had a couple of issues with my REX recently but can't for the life of me find a contact page on the website. I might be being a bit thick but I swear I've looked through the whole website ......
Cheers - I was looking on the main website. I presume Velobrands are the importer?
What's up with it? I've got one of those lids. The straps aren't threaded through the retaining thing properly on mine.
Probably easier \ better to go through your retailer
@DezB - mine too - foam pads came off and now straps don't stay in the retaining thing. Also go pro mount in top snapped last night when i was putting light on
Probably easier \ better to go through your retailer
Even if its over a year since I bought it?
Yes. The crash replacement scheme is handled directly by velobrands, but I think normal warranty claims are handled by dealers.
Hi Bfih,
It depends on where u bought it from. Who was the original retailer?
Got it from All Terrain in Saltaire... but contacted Velobrands and they're looking into it now. Cheers
Hi bfih..
Yup...i heard that ur in the system now. They will take a look and let u know.  Velobrands are a top bunch. Great customer service but then again im married 2 one of their staff!
Was asking about where u bought it as this can sometimes affect the warranty. A few years ago there were some unauthorised dealers selling helmets at vastly reduced prices.
Always pays to buy from a reputable source. Kask helmets are a quality product backed up with an excellent warranty!
Im sure it wont be long before you are back up and running.
Happy riding!
