Got given a gift card which I used to buy a helmet. Didn't fit, sent it back no problem and have been notified of a refund but no details about where to.
Phones aren't being manned, chat seems permanently off-line. Trying email but just wondering if there were any other options. Would like to repurchase before they go out of stock.
I've been trying to contact Evans re a bike order made in Feb but yet to be delivered. When the customer service dept was open I was in contact with them directly. Since that is no longer available, I have emailed them twice in the last couple of weeks, received an automated response saying they should get back to me in 7 - 14 days, no response yet.
The chat is always busy, but managed to finally get through one evening. They advised, that in my case I had to contact the shop I purchased my bike from.
To add to my frustrations the shop never picks up the phone and I can't visit them as its by appointment only, ironically to arrange an appointment you need to contact the shop on the phone.
I can only suggest you email them and wait, or try the chat later in the evening, good luck.
My work mate ordered a bike on Thursday, phoned on Friday for an order update, spoke to a guy in his branch and picked up the bike on Saturday so they are definitely picking up the phone and allowing collections.
Soemone I know has contacts there, apparently they’re opening all stores again later this week so you might have more luck then
Thanks. Got through to someone in one of the branches who told me he was having the same problem and couldnt get through to his own head office. Bonkers.
Guess I just have to wait.
