As mentioned in my other thread, I'm in Coniston for a week soon and as well as some pootling around Grizedale with mini-me #1 on the back I'm thinking there must be some decent big natural rides to do from there. Walna Scar comes down into Coniston doesn't it? But I heard of it being sanitised?
Any reccommendations on good rides from Coniston?

Its been a couple of winters since it was sanitised so hopefully, it's back to something like. I hope so anyway, we're doing that ride in June.
