You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Having had what I can only describe as a complete sense of humour failure while fitting some Specialised 2Bliss tyres today (2bliss my 'bottom' 2hell and back more like 🙄 ) and the consumption of all my spare CO2 cannisters I've decided it's time I got a little compressor to spare this torture in future.
Anyone know of a small cheap one that I can get past Mrs Dweller without her throwing a fit?
I brought a little one from B&Q £35. 6litre tank. enough for car and bike tyres also runs a air brush.
I bought one of the 'Air Boxy' ones from B&Q, and it's crap, doesn't have a fast enough flow to inflate tubeless tyres most of the time, my track pump's better.
Aldi occasionally have them on offer
The ones from B&Q are pretty good I have one in my van for light compressor work, but if I were only buying one I'd buy something like a 2.5hp with a 25lt tank, small but powerful enough to run most equipment, because once you've bought one you start using it for more and more things then end up having to buy bigger and bigger.
These days I run a 3 phase 4hp with a 200lt tank its the mutts nuts!!
hi i got mine from netto cost £60 with a spray gun ok for doing the fence,a air gun, sound for cleaning gears etc.a gun witch i put muc off in and the gun to blow up the tyres car or bike ,i have done loads of tubeless kits
Netto have them in again at the moment. £60 or was it £70.
