Is this something I can fix myself?

Noticed on a ride yesterday that the compression lockout on my coil Pikes isn't working anymore.

Are you getting full travel or are they bottoming out mid-travel with a clunk? If you're not getting full travel it could be the old classic oil leaking from uppers into lowers

Oil can leak from around the gate area because its a dodgy assembly. Have you had the bike upside down at all? If so there are several fixes on't net.

Hi, sorry i forgot i posted about this.

Still getting full travel, but they do sound a bit squelchy. Bike hasn't been upside down at all. No floodgate on my Pikes, they are the OEM ones that come on the Pitch Pro, 351 coils i think.

I'll get round to sorting it out, but is it safe to use in the meantime? Don't want my forks to explode on me while i'm riding.
