Does anyone know of a pannier rack that'll fit a commuter bike with 700cc wheels that has disc brakes, namely my Boardman Hybrid Comp.

Thanks in advance

Aye - the Topeak is more than up to the job. I've done off-road touring/camping in the Highlands with one.
