Fell off and hit my head on the ground . Helmet shows marks from rock/stones but the outer layer of helmet hasnt been punctured.
Was momentarily dazed but (the morning after) feel ok apart from a sore bit on my neck.. should i go to GP?

Possibly, but you should definitely change your helmet.

How long ago did this happen? Go see a pharmacist for any ouchyness.
