I know that Magura make an adaptor themselves for this, but it seems to be designed for a very different control layout than I prefer.  There's very little front-back adjustment so with a non-oldskool XC brake position the shift lever is more or less flat under the bar at full adjustment - not dissimilar to the Shimano iSpec which I also dislike.  Standard SRAM MMX allows a lot more adjustment than this.

Does anyone know of an alternative mounting adaptor?  Magura have basically mounted a lug off to the side and drilled a slightly ovalised hole through it, a world apart from the T-nut and track design of SRAM...  I like the brakes, so I'll probably just go back to discrete mounts if I can't solve it.
