Afternoon all,

I have Coil U-turn Lyriks currently fitted with X-firm spring due to my ample fighting weight (105kg). Even with the firmest spring, I still find that the forks can dive too much, what is the best way to tune the fork with regards to the low/ high speed compression on the Motion Control damper to counter act this?

Do I need to have the low speed compression dialled right up?

Low to slow brake dive, but you could also up the weight of the damping oil which will slow it all down (including rebound).
