Ello. Will an 11t cog meant to fit on an 11 speed cassette work on a 9 speed cassette? I order a cog for my 1x9 but they sent out a cog for a 1x11🙄. Ta for any info 😊

Not very well
(the spacing will be wrong for a start so the chain will probably rub on the next cog, you may also need a spacer behind the cassette to let you get the lockring tight)

Cheers mate.😒. Looks like I'll be putting up with a skipping chain then🙄. I checked the order loads of times, made sure I was ordering the right one & the shops sent out the wrong one ☹️. I give up for the mo.
