Hi, off to C Y B this weekend, plan to do Minotaur on the Sat, not getting there till 5ish.
Problem is one of our party is recovering from rebuild on neck/spine, need to know which is the best routes which are the least rocky.
He's happy with Skyline but not fussed on Whites Level.
Any heads up appreciated.

If you want the honest answer, it is a pretty rocky place and you are straight into some pretty rocky sections from the trail centre!

Dragon's back is probably the best bet as the stuff to the East / North East is the smoothest - Dream Time, Uncle Fester, Pink Heiffer, Hermon are sections that are very smooth compared to the rest. Avoid the stuff to the North West.
