I'd do a search. About 5 posts in the past month. Not very technical but fun.

I was there at the weekend and they're doing a lot of work which should be complete by the time you get there. Extra black loops off the red, skills area and pump track. It's going to be ace when its done.

Nothing to challenging for the average STWer I guess.

I was there today for a lap of each colour, the new rock slope area is open but the pump track isn't as yet. I've not ridden the red for a couple of years and the new parts of it are really nice.

I think to sum up llandegla.....I'd say any mountain biker first time round could have fun, if your a beginner then it'll push your limits just enough, if your an "advanced" rider you need to push yourself to take it as fast as possible which makes it good fun. So all in all.....a fun trail.

Race there at the weekend, so it will be busy.

Clearly no one has really looked at the OP.

Senor Jedi is on a Skills Instructor Course, the training (skills courses) at Llandegla is very well done, therefore I would assume that you're going to learn how to teach others skills from basic bike handling to drops, berms etc - for which Llandegla is perfect as they have special training areas, a new skills loop and not forgetting the Athertons training area.

I thought the "black" sections, though overgraded, were a lot of fun.

Is the perfect answer, its about fun for the majority. It's not a big tech fest for the 1% of the riding population that want a near death experience every ride.

It's fun. Anyone who says otherwise is clearly doing it wrong 😉

You were riding your bike, how could that ever be described as not fun?!

I want teaching by Jedi!

In a nutshell I see it as an introductory Church to mountain biking. The new congregation come in, baptised and either stay or leave the ranks. An ideal taster for mountain biking.

I've been a few times with various people of differing ability.
I've never ever finished and not had a smile on my face.
