Anyone upgraded thier base r brakes to the RSC lever ?

No, but I believe the callipers are identical apart from the colour.
I went from R to RSC and the RSC are much, much nicer.

Rs had way too much lever travel for my liking, tuned that out easily on the RSC

I think they have fancy heat dispersing pistons instead of the metal ones.

Have you noticed any increase in power or just a better feeling at the levers?

Apart from the obvious adjuster difference, the RSC's are anodised instead of painted, the anodise is far more hard wearing, and has a lower coefficent of friction. This makes the piston bore last much longer before the inevitable sticky piston, and a lighter action as the break-away force (or stiction) is greatly reduced. Definitely makes for a nicer brake.
