I've just purchased a new super cool gravel bike and after the first ride it seems tyre pressures are critical. I think i'll tweak them as required however my lezyne digital pump is registering zero permanently? has anyone come across a CO2 inflation head/tool that has a gauge?
I haven't seen one with a gauge but I do have one of these which you could attach a CO2 head to:

Separate gauges are not expensive.
