I know it's been asked before & I've tried a search,without success ,but whose the cheapest place for the co2 cartridges for blowin tyres up please fellas ?.

IF it's a 12g threadless co2 cartrige you need, these work http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/25-Crosman-Co2-POWERLETS-12g-Powerlet-Gas-Cartridges-Airgun-Pistol-C02-Capsules-/190752475875 cheap as, used for pellet guns, but work for inflating tyres
Arnt they 16g for tyre inflators ??

I have never used CO2 on MTB. Is it the same cartridge as road? What sort of pressure does that put a 29er tube to?

I use the same CO2 cart on road and mtb. Puts enough in so that it feels ok to me. Never checked what the pressure is but they do the job fine (16g for me)
