Has anyone tried the Giant clutch core fork storage system?
Seems like a good use of space but I have Cane Creek Helm MK2 forks and I was wondering if anyone has any experience this storage from Giant?
Are there any pitfalls I should be aware of? I've measured the inner diameter of my steerer tube(at the tyre end) and it's 32mm so I'm guessing it should fit (Giant only mention Rock Shox, Fox and DVO)?

No
no but im liking the lezyne flow cage with multitool and a pump strapped to it (co2 cartridges are just wasteful)

I have. It works well and stays nice and quiet but the first time I had a puncture I wasn’t able to quite reinflate with the co2 so I decided to adapt it to take a mini pump instead.
I used that for about a year but it turned out to also be a lot of faff keeping it from rattling so now I just have a pump strapped to the frame again.
If you know one co2 will work for you then the actual storage thingy is decent, I just wasn’t competent enough with the co2.
Alpin, sometimes you can just tell it's the school holidays..........
Yes rattling would drive me crazy! It just seems like a really neat way to carry everything and keep them out of the mud etc.
Appltn, what forks did you fit it to? Can you see any reason why it wouldn't fit another brand? They only mention it's compatible with Rock Shox, Fox and DVO?
The Lezyne bottle cage looks good, definitely one to consider if the Giant fork storage doesn't work.
I had it in a fox 36 then an ohlins 36. They come with a few different fork adapters so unless yours has a very thick walled steerer (or oval like I think a fox 38) then my guess is that it’ll fit just fine.
I use a Fork Cork with a CO2 and some tubeless anchovies stuffed up in the steerer as a backup. The anchovies stop the gas canister rattling, at least I've never noticed it being noisy.
